Meet Joe Cantz!

Joe spent over 10 years splitting his work schedule between construction and nightlife. During the day, he wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and specialized in residential interiors. He uses that technical knowledge when advising clients looking to do reno work to their properties or seeking a good fixer upper deal. At night, he bartended and managed for some staple names in the Philly bar scene like McFadden’s, Morgan’s Pier, and Zee Bar - to name a few. He’s thankful for the amazing network he was able to build for himself from behind the bar.

Born and raised in Philly, he knows every inch of the city and can guess in a minute’s time the closest intersection to any address!

He puts his knowledge of the city to good use by helping clients understand all the different neighborhoods and how location affects value. A history major in college, he currently lives in Old City where he can finally be around historical buildings all the time.
